Eilean Donan Castle A castle has stood on the Island of Donnan overlooking Loch Duich since the 13th Century. The current building is the result of restoration work completed in the 1930s. The castle is the seat of the Clan Macrae. Camera courtesy of Eilean Donan Castle.
